Integrative Manual Therapy 1-on-1: $75 per hour

If you have chronic or long term health issues, there is generally an unresolved issue with the parasympathetic nervous system (fight/flight/freeze) preventing the completion of the healing cycle. Integrative Manual Therapy is a strategy for discerning and treating what other (less obvious or multiple) systems may be "triggered", so the healing cycle resumes and is completed.

 

Event/Office Chair massage  $60 per hour, 2 hour minimum

A great way to get pampered or show appreciation. Or a convenient service to manage stress and maintain health. Sessions usually last 10-15 minutes, but can be adapted to your event/ situation.  The recipient is seated and fully clothed.  No oil is used. No change of attire is necessary. At your business, office or event. One-time occasion (Spa party, fund raiser, project wrap-up) or regular recurring event (weekly, monthly stress buster). Paid by the host or by the participants. Customize services to fit your budget and situation. 

 

NFP Group Healing: $75 per hour (therapist) + $15 per helper/ holder

NFP is a still, hands-on modality that integrates the body-mind connection, and quiets the nervous system. Traditionally, Neuro Fascial Processing (NFP) is administered by the therapist to a single client for an extended time (usually an hour or more).  Group NFP is done with a receiver/client on the table while the therapist coordinates which processing Centers (anatomic landmarks such as liver, kidneys, etc) helpers/holders will place their hands on. The more people, the more processing centers that can be covered. The more processing centers "activated", the greater the healing effect. The therapist can coordinate hiring "holders" or the client can find his/her own "holders". A one hour session with the therapist can be divided by several individuals who can "hold" for each other, bring their own holders, hire outside holders or some combination thereof.
